Human IP-10MAP
Myriad RBM’s IP-10MAP includes assays for three significant biomarkers important for the study of immune system regulation, chronic inflammatory disease, and response to treatment for patients with chronic HCV 1,2. The levels of these forms of the IP-10 protein can assist in predicting which patients will benefit from pegylated-IFN therapy 3. In addition, IP-10MAP may also be useful for studies investigating autoimmune or infectious diseases, two therapy areas for which IP-10 has been shown to play a role 4-6.
