RBM has released a biomarker panel designed to aid in the early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease.
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a degenerative condition affecting millions of people aged 60 and older. Symptoms start with loss of short-term memory and progress to loss of cognitive and physical functions. The panel has shown utility as an aid in the early diagnosis of AD and in distinguishing AD from other forms of dementia.
